What Is Actually Useful

Guest shuttle between venue and hotel. If your venue is not walkable from the hotel block, a shuttle is genuinely useful — it prevents drunk driving and ensures guests can drink freely. A shuttle for 50 guests costs $300-$600 and is worth it.

Transportation for the couple between ceremony and reception (if they're at different locations). This is the one moment where a nice car matters — you'll be photographed arriving. A luxury Uber, a friend's nice car, or a rented vintage car ($300-$500) all work.

What to Skip

• Limousines for the wedding party (they can drive themselves or Uber)
• Multi-hour limo packages (you're paying for time you don't use)
